Payment, Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Complaints

Payment

All support contributions are voluntary payments made to The Copenhagen Headliner Support Association, an independent non-profit organisation registered in Denmark (CVR: [insert CVR number]).

Contributions support the development and execution of Copenhagen Headliner Film Festival. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider at the time of checkout.

Once a contribution has been completed, a confirmation will be sent by email.

Right of Withdrawal

As support contributions are voluntary payments made without the purchase of a product or service, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.

By completing your contribution, you acknowledge that the payment is final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Support contributions are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a payment has been made in error (for example due to a technical issue or duplicate transaction), please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the matter in good faith.
