Payment, Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Complaints

Payment

All support contributions to Copenhagen Headliner Film Festival are voluntary payments made to support the development and execution of the festival. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider at the time of checkout.

Once a contribution has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Right of Withdrawal

As support contributions are voluntary payments made without the purchase of a product or service, no right of withdrawal applies.

By completing your contribution, you acknowledge that the payment is final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Support contributions are non-refundable.
